35+ Easy No-Bake & Raw Vegan Desserts

Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes

New to raw vegan desserts? Try this simple 5-ingredient avocado chocolate mousse that’s super creamy, decadent and undetectably nutritious. Nobody will be able to tell there’s avocado in this raw vegan dessert!

Raw avocado mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional toppings

  • Chopped dark chocolate
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Fresh berries

  1. Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into your food processor jar. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed and add more almond milk if the mixture doesn’t come together.
  3. Taste some of the chocolate mousse and add more of any of the ingredients if wanted to adjust for your preferences.
  4. Divide between serving glasses and enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge before serving with toppings of your choice.

  • You can make this chocolate mousse richer by adding ¼ cup of melted dark chocolate into the food processor.
  • This recipe tastes great (although a bit different) when you swap almond milk for coconut milk!

  1. do you mind recommending what brand do you use for coconut cream/ coconut butter and coconut sugar? A link/URL will be helpful.

    • I’m based in Germany so I assume naming brands won’t be very helpful! I haven’t found much a difference between brands to be honest.
