Curious about raw food? This collection of raw vegan recipes is full of satisfying savory and sweet goodness that’s easy to make and so delicious. The following raw pudding requires only 5 minutes of prep time and is endlessly customizable!
Serves 2

Ingredients

Raw Pudding

  • 1 cup almond milk 240 ml
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons date paste
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit for topping

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except for the fruit together in a bowl, stirring vigorously.
  • Once you’ve created a homogenous mixture, set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Stir again with a fork, then cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled and topped with your favorite fruit!

Notes

  • Other topping ideas include coconut flakes, chopped nuts, nut butter or raw chia jam.
  • You can blend some mashed ripe banana into your chia pudding.
