Raw avocado mousse
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chopped dark chocolate
- Coconut whipped cream
- Fresh berries
- Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into your food processor jar. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth and creamy.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if needed and add more almond milk if the mixture doesn’t come together.
- Taste some of the chocolate mousse and add more of any of the ingredients if wanted to adjust for your preferences.
- Divide between serving glasses and enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge before serving with toppings of your choice.
- You can make this chocolate mousse richer by adding ¼ cup of melted dark chocolate into the food processor.
- This recipe tastes great (although a bit different) when you swap almond milk for coconut milk!
