Ingredients
Apple Nachos
- 2 apples, sliced
- ¼ cup peanut butter (65 g)
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons crushed nuts
Instructions
- Get a serving plate and arrange your apple slices in a single layer around the outside edge. Add another layer towards the inside center, letting the slices overlap slightly.
- Warm your peanut butter until somewhat runny, then use a spoon or fork to drizzle your apple slices with it! We like to do it in circular motions or zigzags.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and crushed nuts, then serve your apple nachos!
