- 2.5 cups soy milk (600 ml)
- 1 cup blueberries (150 g)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- Raisins
- Crushed nuts
- Toasted coconut
Instructions
- Put the oats, soy milk, blueberries and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the oats have absorbed all of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and divide between two serving bowls. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
