Ingredients

Easy Protein Smoothie

  • 8 ounces silken tofu (225 g)
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 cups frozen berries (250 g)
  • 1 tablespoon homemade protein blend
  • â…“ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on low for a few seconds. Add water if needed, then turn to high and blend until smooth.
  2. Add some extra flavorings like vanilla or use different frozen fruit like mango or pineapple for this protein smoothie!
