Ingredients

Easy Protein Smoothie

  • 8 ounces silken tofu 225 g
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 2 cups frozen berries 250 g
  • 1 tablespoon homemade protein blend
  • cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on low for a few seconds. Add water if needed, then turn to high and blend until smooth.
  • Add some extra flavorings like vanilla or use different frozen fruit like mango or pineapple for this protein smoothie!

Notes

  • Enjoy the smoothie immediately, it will lose its texture over time.
  • You can swap the water for any plant-based milk if you like!
