Ingredients
Raw avocado mousse
2ripe avocados
¼cupcocoa powder
2tbspagave syrup
3tbspalmond milk
1tspvanilla extract
Optional toppings
Chopped dark chocolate
Coconut whipped cream
Fresh berries
Instructions
Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into your food processor jar. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth and creamy.
Stop and scrape down the sides if needed and add more almond milk if the mixture doesn’t come together.
Taste some of the chocolate mousse and add more of any of the ingredients if wanted to adjust for your preferences.
Divide between serving glasses and enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge before serving with toppings of your choice.
Notes
You can make this chocolate mousse richer by adding ¼ cup of melted dark chocolate into the food processor.
This recipe tastes great (although a bit different) when you swap almond milk for coconut milk!
