How to make vegan parfait

  1. Get pretty serving glasses and prepare your components.
  2. Place a layer of granola on the bottom of each glass.
  3. Add a few tablespoons of yogurt and blueberry sauce or jam.
  4. Repeat until everything is used up.
  5. Garnish with freshly cut mango, mint and coconut flakes.
  6. Serve immediately!

Tips & adjustments

You can arrange your different layers any way you like, altering between them to create a beautiful color-and-texture experience!

Instead of making your own blueberry jam or sauce, simply smash some blueberries and mix it with lemon juice and maple syrup.

This breakfast granola is best served soon after making it because the crunchy granola will get soggy over time!
