These delicious vegan brunch recipes guarantee a great start to your day and can easily feed a crowd! Impress your guests and family with our wonderful sweet and savory ideas. The following colorful vegan brunch board can be put together in around 30 minutes and is easily customizable!

Ingredients

Vegan Brunch Board

  • 16 small vegan waffles or pancakes
  • 1 cup fresh berries (125 g)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup smoky tempeh slices or vegan sausages (160 g)
  • 1 vegan cheese ball
  • ½ cup mango chutney (130 g)
  • ½ cup raspberry chia jam (150 g)
  • ½ cup date caramel (130 g)
  • ½ cup almond butter (130 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegan cheese ball around half a day ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
  2. Make little vegan pancakes or heat some vegan waffles.
  3. Wash and chop your produce.
  4. Get a beautiful wooden board and start assembling everything! Start with the larger items and fill in any empty spaces with fresh berries or mint leaves to ensure the whole board is covered.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add delicious dips and sauces like tofu ranch, green hummus or yogurt tahini sauce!
  • Feel free to use your favorite seasonal veggies for this recipe and add some onion if you enjoy it.
