Craving a colorful and creamy hot beverage? Get inspired by these hand-selected vegan latte flavors. The following vanilla soy latte is a true classic!


Vanilla Soy Latte

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed coffee (360 ml)
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  1. Brew your favorite strong coffee. You can also use espresso for this recipe.
  2. Place soy milk in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
  3. Once the soy milk is warm, froth it with your frother or a blender.
  4. Divide the soy milk between two mugs, then add the coffee or espresso. Enjoy!


  • You can use unflavored soy milk for this recipe and add some vanilla extract.
