Make this year’s holiday season really special with these vegan Christmas drinks and cocktails! Delicious recipes for everyone in your family. The following classic vegan hot chocolate will be a hit with young and old alike!

Ingredients

Vegan Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cups dairy-free milk (480 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 oz dark vegan chocolate, melted (113 g)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegan whipped cream or marshmallows, optional

Instructions

  1. Place soy milk and sugar in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Warm over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until little bubbles form.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined, then adjust to taste preferences.
  3. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows and serve warm!

Notes

  • We like to use soy milk for this recipe but oat milk also works.
