Vegan Hot Chocolate
2 cups dairy-free milk (480 ml)
2 tablespoon sugar
4 oz dark vegan chocolate, melted (113 g)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Vegan whipped cream or marshmallows, optional
Place soy milk and sugar in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Warm over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until little bubbles form.
