Cranberry Crostini


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Place in the oven to bake until golden, for 15-20 minutes. Rotate once halfway through.
  4. Once done, remove from the oven and let the crostini cool.
  5. To with vegan ricotta ad cranberry sauce. Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve!


  • You can use vegan cream cheese or vegan goat cheese instead of ricotta!
