Ingredients

Vegan Brunch Board

  • 16 small vegan waffles or pancakes
  • 1 cup fresh berries 125 g
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 apples sliced
  • 1 cup smoky tempeh slices or vegan sausages 160 g
  • 1 vegan cheese ball
  • ½ cup mango chutney 130 g
  • ½ cup raspberry chia jam 150 g
  • ½ cup date caramel 130 g
  • ½ cup almond butter 130 g

Instructions

  • Prepare the vegan cheese ball around half a day ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
  • Make little vegan pancakes or heat some vegan waffles.
  • Wash and chop your produce.
  • Get a beautiful wooden board and start assembling everything! Start with the larger items and fill in any empty spaces with fresh berries or mint leaves to ensure the whole board is covered.
  • Serve and enjoy!
