Ingredients

Whole30 Summer Salad

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Italian herbs, to taste
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup walnuts or seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Add washed spinach, strawberries, and avocado. Toss to combine.
  3. Top with walnuts or mixed seeds! Enjoy.

Notes

  • Feel free to add onion or garlic to your dressing if wanted.
