Ingredients

Roasted Cauliflower Dip

  • ½ head cauliflower
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic and salt, then place in the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Once golden brown, remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  4. Add cauliflower, sunflower seeds, and the remaining spices to a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding some water if needed.
  5. Adjust to taste preferences and serve!

Notes

  • Add your favorite spices, such as smoked paprika, curry, or za’atar, to the dip!
