Ingredients

Roasted Cauliflower Dip

  • ½ head cauliflower
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic and salt, then place in the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes.
  • Once golden brown, remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Add cauliflower, sunflower seeds, and the remaining spices to a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding some water if needed.
  • Adjust to taste preferences and serve!
