Roasted Cauliflower Dip
½head cauliflower
½tspsalt
½tspgarlic powder
1tsplemon juice
1tbspolive oil
1tspItalian seasoning
1tbspsunflower seeds

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic and salt, then place in the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes.
Once golden brown, remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add cauliflower, sunflower seeds, and the remaining spices to a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding some water if needed.
