Whole30 Summer Salad
¼cupolive oil
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
Italian herbsto taste
4cupsbaby spinach
2cupsstrawberriessliced
1avocadodiced
½cupwalnuts or seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add washed spinach, strawberries, and avocado. Toss to combine.
Top with walnuts or mixed seeds! Enjoy.
