Ingredients

Whole30 Summer Salad

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Italian herbs to taste
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ cup walnuts or seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Add washed spinach, strawberries, and avocado. Toss to combine.
  • Top with walnuts or mixed seeds! Enjoy.
