Wondering how to make treats without any eggs? This selection will have you drooling over scrumptious baked goods, fluffy desserts, and other crowd-pleasers. The following creamy berry dessert is perfect during spring or summer!
Serves 3

Ingredients

Easy Berry Dessert

  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice thawed for 5 minutes
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut whipping cream

Instructions

  • Add berries, silken tofu, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the coconut whipped cream.
  • Divide between dessert jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, shaved dark chocolate, coconut flakes, or more whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Add a layer of crunchy granola or crumbled vegan cookies as a base if wanted.
  • Other fruit, such as mango, work as well!
