Wondering how to make treats without any eggs? This selection will have you drooling over scrumptious baked goods, fluffy desserts, and other crowd-pleasers. The following creamy berry dessert is perfect during spring or summer!

Ingredients

Easy Berry Dessert

  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice, thawed for 5 minutes
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Add berries, silken tofu, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the coconut whipped cream.
  3. Divide between dessert jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries, shaved dark chocolate, coconut flakes, or more whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Add a layer of crunchy granola or crumbled vegan cookies as a base if wanted.
  • Other fruit, such as mango, work as well!
