Ingredients
Easy Berry Dessert
1cupfrozen berries of choicethawed for 5 minutes
½cupsilken tofu
2tbspsoy milk
2tbspsugar
1tspvanilla extract
½cupcoconut whipping cream
Instructions
Add berries, silken tofu, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the coconut whipped cream.
Divide between dessert jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh berries, shaved dark chocolate, coconut flakes, or more whipped cream before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Add a layer of crunchy granola or crumbled vegan cookies as a base if wanted.
