Ingredients

Easy Oven-Roasted Broccoli

  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with all of the other ingredients.
  3. Arrange the florets in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. The exact time will depend on your oven and how browned you want your broccoli to be!
  4. Serve warm with your favorite sides, mains, and dips.
