- 4 oz firm tofu (110 g), crumbled
- 3 cups cooked rice (600 g)
Instructions
- Place a large pan over medium heat and add sesame oil and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add ginger, veggies, and pineapple. Cook until soft, then add tofu and the stir-fry sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add cooked rice, mix thoroughly, and heat until warm.
- Serve topped with fresh herbs or green onion!
Notes
