Ingredients

Quick Vegan Pizza

  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 6 olives sliced
  • 1 roasted red pepper sliced
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Build your pizza by spreading the crust with marinara sauce and layer it with your prepared toppings.
  • Place in the oven on the center rack and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the edges.
  • Remove and top with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
