Try these family-friendly vegan Italian recipes for dinner this week! They are packed with flavor, taste really authentic, and are such crowd-pleasers.

Ingredients

Quick Vegan Pizza

  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 olives, sliced
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Build your pizza by spreading the crust with marinara sauce and layer it with your prepared toppings.
  3. Place in the oven on the center rack and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the edges.
  4. Remove and top with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
