These family-friendly vegan air fryer recipes will keep your favorite kitchen tool busy all week! Classic comfort food made healthier and lower in fat. The following low-fat chips are really versatile, easy to make and perfect finger food.

Ingredients

Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • Spray oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Spices, to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer, cut the zucchini into thin slices.
  2. Place the slices in a mixing bowl and add all spices you want to use! Toss to combine.
  3. Spray your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, then add the zucchini slices in a single layer in the basket.
  4. Air fry at 350 °F (175 °C) for 5-6 minutes. Flip the chips and fry for an additional 5 minutes, until crispy.
  5. Check frequently to prevent any burning!
  6. Let cool in a cooling rack and enjoy with your favorite dips.
