Ingredients
Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
2zucchinithinly sliced
Spray oil
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoongarlic powder
Spicesto taste
Instructions
Using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer, cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Place the slices in a mixing bowl and add all spices you want to use! Toss to combine.
Spray your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, then add the zucchini slices in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry at 350 °F (175 °C) for 5-6 minutes. Flip the chips and fry for an additional 5 minutes, until crispy.
Check frequently to prevent any burning!
