Are the Loaded Vegan Kidney Bean Burgers Keto? If not, is there a way to make them Keto?
Hi Jason, I don’t think that the patties are keto-approved; too many beans. You could substitute some of them with TVP or more walnuts and then serve with a huge green salad and creamy dressing :) Let us know what you end up doing!
Good to have a sroll when you’re out of ideas, but I would not use these regularly as there is barely any protein in this food !!!
