No need to heat up your kitchen with these delicious vegan summer salads! With some fresh produce, vegan dressings and tasty add-ins, you can have a flavorful, healthy and wonderfully textured vegan salad on the table in under 30 minutes.
Add leafy greens to a large bowl and top with all of the other goodness you want to add to your salad.
Either use a store-bought vegan dressing or choose one from our list and prepare it in a food processor or small bowl.

Notes
If you want to meal prep your vegan salad, store the leafy greens, other veggies and dressing separately. Once ready to eat, combine everything in a bowl or container and mix!
