Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add warm water and knead well. Adjust water and flour in case the dough is too sticky or too dry.
Form dough into a ball and let it sit in a warm place, covered, for 20 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C) and get a baking sheet or pan.

Make the pizza
Once the dough has risen, flour a clean surface and briefly knead it.
Use your hands or a rolling pin to work the dough into a 12” circle, then transfer it to your parchment paper-lined pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread your tomato sauce evenly on the crust with a spoon, then sprinkle all desired toppings on your pizza crust!
Put the pizza in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the crust is golden on the edges. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
While it is healthier to make your own whole-grain pizza crust, if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to make your own crust, simply use any store-bought pizza crust (check the label to see if it’s vegan).
Depending on what your kids like, you can add any mock meats, vegan cheese or olives etc. to your pizza.
You can swap the whole wheat flour for gluten-free if needed.
