Ingredients

Raw Pudding

  • 1 cup almond milk 240 ml
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons date paste
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit for topping

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except for the fruit together in a bowl, stirring vigorously.
  • Once you’ve created a homogenous mixture, set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Stir again with a fork, then cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled and topped with your favorite fruit!

Notes

  • Other topping ideas include coconut flakes, chopped nuts, nut butter or raw chia jam.
  • You can blend some mashed ripe banana into your chia pudding.
