Ingredients
4slicessourdough bread
1ripe avocado
12cherry tomatoeshalved
1teaspoonbalsamic glaze
1teaspoonolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of sprouts or microgreens
Mixed seedsoptional
Instructions
Toast your bread in a toaster, toaster oven, grill pan, oven, or skillet until you’ve reached your desired level of crispiness.
Mash the avocado in a small bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Spread on your toasted bread.
Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil (or toppings of choice). Top with sprouts and mix seeds. Enjoy!
