Easy Blueberry Yogurt Dressing (Vegan)

Try this fruity 5-minute blueberry yogurt dressing over your favorite salad! It has a light and creamy texture, simple flavors and is packed with nutrients.

½ cup fresh blueberries 75 g 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons soy yogurt 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon maple syrup Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Adjust to taste preferences by adding more vinegar, syrup, salt or pepper.
Use immediately or store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
This blueberry dressing thickens over time! Thin out with water, vinegar or s splash of soy milk if needed.
We like dijon mustard for this recipe but feel free to use your favorite!
Feel free to drizzle in some olive oil when processing your dressing.
