Ingredients
1avocadopeeled and halved
1limejuiced
½cupfresh cilantro leaves8 g
⅓cupfresh parsley9 g, chopped
2ozsilken tofu50 g
1tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
⅔cupwater160 ml
1tspdried dill
1tbspnutritional yeast
1tbspapple cider vinegar
¼tspsalt
½tsppepper
Instructions
Into a blender, add the tofu, fresh herbs, water, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder, apple cider vinegar and dill, and process to obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper and blend until a creamy dressing is formed.
Adjust to taste preferences and serve!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can use a food processor instead of a blender.
