Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ cup peanut butter 65 g
  • ½ banana sliced
  • apple sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries 75 g
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • Maple syrup optional
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Toast your bread in a toaster, toaster oven, grill pan, oven, or skillet until you’ve reached your desired level of crispiness.
  • Spread a good dollop of peanut butter on each toast. Decorate with banana, apple, blueberries, and dark chocolate chips to your liking!
  • Finish with a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup if wanted, then enjoy!

Notes
