- 4 slices sourdough bread
- ¼ cup peanut butter 65 g
- ½ banana sliced
- ⅓ apple sliced
- ½ cup blueberries 75 g
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- Maple syrup optional
- Dash of cinnamon
Toast your bread in a toaster, toaster oven, grill pan, oven, or skillet until you’ve reached your desired level of crispiness.
Spread a good dollop of peanut butter on each toast. Decorate with banana, apple, blueberries, and dark chocolate chips to your liking!
Finish with a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup if wanted, then enjoy!
