Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh kale chopped (20 g)
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 large cucumber chopped
  • 2 green apples cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 kiwi peeled and cut into halves
  • ½ inch ginger peeled
  • 2 lemons peeled, no seeds, cut into slices
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 cups water 480 ml

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all the fruit and veggies.
  • Add all the ingredients to a large blender.
  • Blend on high until everything is well combined, and there are no chunks left.
  • Place an open nut milk bag into a large bowl and carefully pour the mixture into the bag.
  • Close the nut milk bag and squeeze over the bowl to separate all the juice from the pulp.
  • Transfer into a glass bottle or glasses and serve straight away, or keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a nut milk mug, strain the mixture twice with a fine mesh sieve.
  • If you have a juicer, feel free to use it!
  • Store juice in an airtight glass bottle for up to 2 days. No longer than 72 hours!
