Ingredients
1cupfresh kalechopped (20 g)
4celery stalks
1large cucumberchopped
2green applescored and cut into cubes
1kiwipeeled and cut into halves
½inchgingerpeeled
2lemonspeeled, no seeds, cut into slices
1small bunch fresh parsley
2cupswater480 ml
Instructions
Wash and prep all the fruit and veggies.
Add all the ingredients to a large blender.
Blend on high until everything is well combined, and there are no chunks left.
Place an open nut milk bag into a large bowl and carefully pour the mixture into the bag.
Close the nut milk bag and squeeze over the bowl to separate all the juice from the pulp.
Transfer into a glass bottle or glasses and serve straight away, or keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
If you don’t have a nut milk mug, strain the mixture twice with a fine mesh sieve.
If you have a juicer, feel free to use it!
Store juice in an airtight glass bottle for up to 2 days. No longer than 72 hours!
