Ingredients
Baked Zucchini Fries
1zucchinicut into fries
½cupalmond flour
½cupshredded coconut
½teaspoonsalt
½-1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika
3-4tablespoonsaquafabachickpea liquid
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F/200 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss almond flour and coconut with salt and spices in a shallow bowl and place the aquafaba in another shallow bowl.
Coat zucchini fries individually in aquafaba and then in the dry mixture.
Place them next to each other on your prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside!
Serve warm with your dip of choice.
Notes
