Ingredients
Vanilla Soy Latte
1.5cupsstrong brewed coffee360 ml
1cupvanilla soy milk240 ml
1teaspoonsugar
Instructions
Brew your favorite strong coffee. You can also use espresso for this recipe.
Place soy milk in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
Once the soy milk is warm, froth it with your frother or a blender.
Divide the soy milk between two mugs, then add the coffee or espresso. Enjoy!
Notes
You can use unflavored soy milk for this recipe and add some vanilla extract.
