Ingredients

Vanilla Soy Latte

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed coffee 360 ml
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk 240 ml
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Brew your favorite strong coffee. You can also use espresso for this recipe.
  • Place soy milk in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Add the sugar and whisk to combine.
  • Once the soy milk is warm, froth it with your frother or a blender.
  • Divide the soy milk between two mugs, then add the coffee or espresso. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use unflavored soy milk for this recipe and add some vanilla extract.
