Ingredients

Cranberry Crostini

  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Vegan Ricotta
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Arrange baguette slices in a single layer and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Place in the oven to bake until golden, for 15-20 minutes. Rotate once halfway through.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let the crostini cool.
  • To with vegan ricotta ad cranberry sauce. Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve!

Notes

  • You can use vegan cream cheese or vegan goat cheese instead of ricotta!
