Ingredients

Apple Nachos

  • 2 apples sliced
  • ¼ cup peanut butter 65 g
  • 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons crushed nuts

Instructions

  • Get a serving plate and arrange your apple slices in a single layer around the outside edge. Add another layer towards the inside center, letting the slices overlap slightly.
  • Warm your peanut butter until somewhat runny, then use a spoon or fork to drizzle your apple slices with it! We like to do it in circular motions or zigzags.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and crushed nuts, then serve your apple nachos!

Notes

  • Swap some of the apple for banana or pear if you like.
