1cuprolled oats90 g
2.5cupssoy milk600 ml
1cupblueberries150 g
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
Toppings (optional)
Sliced apple
Sliced banana
Raisins
Crushed nuts
Toasted coconut
Instructions
Put the oats, soy milk, blueberries and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the oats have absorbed all of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and divide between two serving bowls. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
