Ingredients

Crispy Potato Wedges

  • 1 lb potatoes 450 g, scrubbed or peeled
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Cut each potato into wedges by first halving them lengthwise, then cutting each half into 4 wedges. 
  • Place all potato wedges into a bowl and add oil, garlic, salt and paprika. Toss until well-coated, then spread the potatoes in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.

Notes

  • You can add smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, nutritional yeast, lemon juice or fresh herbs to your potato wedges!
