1.5cupswarm water
½tablespooninstant yeast
1tablespoonsalt
3cupsunbleached all-purpose flour
Instructions
Combine yeast and warm water in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour and salt, then mix until well incorporated with a wooden spoon.
Cover with a clean towel and let sit in a warm place for 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume.
Preheat oven to 450 °F (220 °C) and knead your dough on a floured, clean surface.
Shape into a roundish bread-like shape and transfer to a baking sheet.
