Ingredients
Orange Mustard Sauce
2tbspmustard
4tbspsoy yogurtunsweetened
1tsporange zest
4tbsporange juice
2tbspfresh chiveschopped
Blueberry Yogurt Dressing
½cupfresh blueberries75 g
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
2tbspsoy yogurt
2tbspwater
Salt and pepper
Sweet Mustard Dressing
2tbspDijon mustard
3tbspapple cider vinegar
2dry datespitted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Orange Mustard Sauce
In a small bowl or glass jar, whisk together all ingredients for the orange mustard sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more mustard for a spicier sauce, or more orange juice for a sweeter sauce.
Blueberry Yogurt Dressing
Put all of the ingredients for the dressing in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Sweet Mustard Dressing
Drain your soaked dates and add them to a blender together with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and adjust to taste. Herbs like thyme or basil taste great in this dressing!
Notes
Most oil-free vegan dressings can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for around 5 days.
If you want to make larger batches of any of the dressings and freeze them for later, let them defrost in the fridge overnight and give them a good stir before serving.
You can always add fresh or dried herbs of your choice to these dressings!
