Ingredients

Green Monster Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk 240 ml
  • 1 cup baby spinach 30 g
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple 75 g
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 vegan marshmallows
  • 2 vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk and baby spinach to your high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add almond butter and frozen fruit, then blend again until smooth and homogenous.
  • Divide between two glasses.
  • Stick a vegan chocolate chip into a white marshmallow and place it on one of the green monster smoothies. Repeat with the other one so that each smoothie is topped with an eye.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Use any plant-based milk you want for this recipe.
  • If you don’t have frozen fruit on hand, add 1 cup of ice.
  • Add some vegan protein powder or vegan yogurt if you like!
