Ingredients
Green Monster Smoothie
1cupalmond milk240 ml
1cupbaby spinach30 g
1bananafrozen
½cupfrozen mango or pineapple75 g
1tablespoonalmond butter
2vegan marshmallows
2vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the almond milk and baby spinach to your high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add almond butter and frozen fruit, then blend again until smooth and homogenous.
Divide between two glasses.
Stick a vegan chocolate chip into a white marshmallow and place it on one of the green monster smoothies. Repeat with the other one so that each smoothie is topped with an eye.
