Baked Avocado Fries
1avocadosliced
½cupbreadcrumbs
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika
3-4tablespoonsaquafabachickpea liquid
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F/200 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss breadcrumbs with salt and spices in a shallow bowl and place the aquafaba in another shallow bowl.
