Ingredients
Vegan Bitchin Sauce
1cupcashewssoaked in water for 1 hour
¾cupwater
4tbspnutritional yeast
4tbspolive oil
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbspwhite vinegar
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
Pinchof paprika
Salt to taste
Instructions
Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a high-speed blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Adust to taste preferences by adding more nutritional yeast, soy sauce, lemon juice, or spices!
Serve immediately.

Feel free to use a food processor for this recipe
