Ingredients

Matcha Protein Shake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk 240 ml
  • 2 tbsp protein blend
  • ½ cup silken tofu 130 g
  • ½ tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to taste preference and add more liquid if wanted.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy cold!

  • Use soy milk for more protein in your shake.
