Soy Latte
2shots espresso
¾cupvanilla soy milk
½teaspoonsugar
Instructions
Prepare espresso as per instructions.
Add milk to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Once the milk is warm, add the sugar and whisk to combine until a foam is formed.
You can also add the warm milk and sugar to your blender and create a form that way.
Combine frothy soy milk and espresso in your favorite mug. Enjoy!
Notes
You can use any soy milk, almond milk, or oat milk for this recipe! We like vanilla soy milk the most.
Instead of expresso, strongly brewed coffee also works.
