Ingredients

Soy Latte

  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare espresso as per instructions.
  • Add milk to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Once the milk is warm, add the sugar and whisk to combine until a foam is formed.
  • You can also add the warm milk and sugar to your blender and create a form that way.
  • Combine frothy soy milk and espresso in your favorite mug. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any soy milk, almond milk, or oat milk for this recipe! We like vanilla soy milk the most.
  • Instead of expresso, strongly brewed coffee also works.
