Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp olive oil optional
  • 1.5 cups couscous uncooked

Instructions

  • Place a medium-sized pot over high heat and bring water and vegetable broth to a boil.
  • Stir in olive oil and couscous, then remove it from heat and cover with a lid.
  • Let the couscous sit and steam until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork to break down and lumps, then serve!
