Ingredients
1cupwater
¾cupvegetable broth
1tspolive oiloptional
1.5cupscouscousuncooked
Instructions
Place a medium-sized pot over high heat and bring water and vegetable broth to a boil.
Stir in olive oil and couscous, then remove it from heat and cover with a lid.
Let the couscous sit and steam until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork to break down and lumps, then serve!
