Ingredients
2 ½cupssoy milk600 ml
2tspvanilla extract
1tbspturmericground
1tspgingerground
1tspcinnamon
⅓tspfreshly ground black pepper
2clovescrushed
2dateschopped
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process to obtain a creamy golden liquid.
Transfer into a small pot and bring to boil over medium heat.
Simmer for a minute or two, then evenly pour into serving cups or glasses.
For the iced version: let the latte cool completely, then fill your serving glasses with ice. Pour the latte over it and serve.
Notes
If you’re not used to the spices in this recipe, start with a smaller amount!
You can use any plant-based milk for this recipe.
If you don’t have a blender, simply add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup to your latte instead of dates.
