Ingredients

Caramel Apple Nachos

  • 4 green apples
  • 1 cup vegan caramel sauce 240 ml
  • ½ cup chopped nuts 55 g
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips 80 g

Instructions

  • Wash the apples and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Slice each apple into 8 pieces and arrange them onto a large serving platter.
  • Heat up the vegan caramel sauce in the microwave or on the stove. Thin out with water if needed.
  • Drizzle the warm caramel over your apple slices and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Serve immediately!
