Ingredients
1large ripe mangodiced
6cherry tomatoescut into quarters
1medium onionfinely chopped (½ cup)
2jalapeñoscanned, finely chopped
¼cupfresh coriander7 g, finely chopped
2teaspoonslime juice
½teaspoonsalt
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix carefully with a spoon until well combined.
